Welcome to the 137th Sweet Inspiration link party! Hope you all had a lovely week and thank you for joining us. We really love reading all about the things you’ve done and seeing all the beautiful up-cycles, handmade crafts and delicious recipes you share. Sadly this will be my last time as a co-hostess of the Sweet Inspiration link party. I have met some incredible bloggers and really enjoyed seeing what everyone did these last 2 and a bit years. The Sweet Inspiration party will continue again in the new year and Mary, Christna, Gail and Amy will carry on hosting. Please join them and I’ll more than likely see you there 😉 Okay let’s get on with this week’s party shall we.
Okay enough about us. This party is all about YOU and the amazing things you’ve done. These are our favorites from last week’s party.
It always amazes me how paint can transform a room. Love what Marie from Rever en Couleur did to this wall. You have to see what the wall looked like before and how the limewash treatment changed everything.
I love these cute coastal ornaments that Julie made for My Wee Abode. They are all adorable, simple to make and also they can be adapted to any decor style. I have my eye on that little tree!
I love that Kippi @Kippi At Home shares a re-creation of an Advent Candy Ribbon her grandmother gave her back in the sixties, including a copy of an original Christmas message from her! What a wonderful family tradition!
What a great idea to make a Nativity Scene using string. Go and check how Eileen from Just Measuring Up made it. Though it seems a little bit difficult to me I like the idea very much!!!
I recently saw a similar recipe posted on Facebook, and I was intrigued by it. Having now seen this post from Mrs. Kringle over at Mrs. Kringle’s Kitchen, I absolutely must try these! An unexpected combination, but I have a feeling it will be amazing.
And our most popular post from last week’s party was shared by Laura who blogs over at Décor to Adore. She made these beautiful vintage Christmas baubles that are special in more ways than one. THe story behind why they were made really touched me.
Thank you to everyone for joining us this week, we love seeing all the beautiful things you’ve made and getting a glimpse of your lives. Just a few party rules
